Business projects rarely belong to a single discipline.
Strategy, technology, marketing, data, automation, infrastructure and people often affect one another. That is why I do not treat capabilities as separate services to be purchased one at a time.
I use them as tools: I identify what the project actually needs, understand where different disciplines must meet and bring them towards the same outcome.

Six areas. One way of working.
My experience spans different areas of digital business and technology. That does not mean every project should use all of them.
It means being able to examine a problem from different perspectives and choose the level of intervention that is actually required.
Digital strategy and transformation
From idea to decision. From decision to delivery.
I work with businesses and entrepreneurs when an idea, need or business situation has to be turned into a concrete project.
I can contribute to the analysis and validation of new initiatives, business-model development, investment and priority decisions, process and organisational redesign, technology selection, and the development of new products or services.
For me, planning is there to establish direction and priorities, not to force a project into an immutable roadmap. Context changes, and a good strategy must be able to adapt without losing sight of the intended result.
Artificial intelligence, automation and emerging technologies
Turning new technological capabilities into practical advantage.
Artificial intelligence can now contribute to a growing range of business processes: analysis, knowledge, software development, marketing, administration, employee support, automation and control.
I do not start by asking where we can “add AI”. I analyse activities and processes to understand where better technology can reduce repetitive work, increase capacity and speed, improve the quality of information, or make previously expensive or complex activities viable.
I use AI and automation every day in real operational work, including software development, workflows, agents, integrations, technical management, content operations, analysis and project design.
I also evaluate emerging technologies — including blockchain when there is a justified use case — without treating innovation as an end in itself.

Web, acquisition and commercial processes
From digital presence to business opportunity.
The web is one of the areas in which I have built the longest track record, from designing a company’s digital presence to acquisition and conversion processes.
Brand and positioning, websites and platforms, content, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, lead generation, CRM, tracking, conversion and automation become more valuable when they are designed as parts of the same system.
I therefore do not treat a website, an advertising campaign or SEO as isolated activities. I evaluate them as parts of the path connecting the market, the business and the commercial outcome.

Systems and integrations
Making tools, data and processes work together.
Many businesses already own most of the tools they need. The problem is often that those systems do not communicate with one another.
I have experience integrating CRM, CMS, ERP and management systems, databases, applications, cloud services, APIs, webhooks, automation workflows, IoT systems and custom solutions.
Before introducing another software platform, I therefore check whether the real opportunity is to make the systems already in place work better together.

Infrastructure and reliability
The technical foundations must be as solid as what is built on top of them.
For more than twenty years I have worked with Linux infrastructure supporting web services and digital systems: physical and virtual servers, hosting, domains, DNS, email, certificates, backups, monitoring, migrations, operational security, performance and service continuity.
My strongest infrastructure experience is with Linux environments and Plesk.
I do not see infrastructure as separate from the wider project. Understanding what happens at server level as well as inside the application makes it easier to identify problems and design more reliable systems.

Digital and professional training
Digital capabilities applied to real work.
I deliver training for schools, training providers and organisations, primarily around digital skills and their professional application.
Over the years I have taught IT, marketing and digital marketing, Office and Google Workspace, cybersecurity, digital tools, web development and website creation.
I am increasingly focusing my training activity on artificial intelligence, marketing and the integrated use of digital tools to improve processes, operational capability and business growth.
Training can be delivered in person or remotely depending on the programme.
I do not only teach how a tool works. I try to explain when to use it, why to use it and how it fits into real work.Explore: Digital and professional training
Criteria
Technologies change. The decision criteria remain.
Tools, platforms and technologies evolve quickly.
That is why I prefer to build my project capability around principles that outlast individual products: understand the problem, evaluate alternatives, choose what makes sense, integrate what needs to work together and verify that the outcome remains sustainable over time.
Knowing many tools is useful. Knowing when not to use them is just as important.
Convergence
One capability may be enough. Or several may need to work together.
A project may require one specialist area or cross several of them at the same time.
I can work directly in the areas that are part of my experience and, when deeper vertical expertise is required, involve and coordinate specialist professionals while keeping the different parts of the project aligned.
The point is not to use everything I know.
The point is to use what the project needs to reach the result.
